Here at the Limekiln Cafe we are passionate about using locally sourced organic and fair trade produce.

We are beautifully situated beside the canal at Limekiln lock on the A670. Nestled beneath the viaduct between the villages of Dobcross, Diggle and Uppermill, the Brownhill Countryside Centre is situated beside moorings at lock 23w (Limekiln lock) and easily accessible for any canal users wishing to stop for refreshments. The cafe is a great spot to fill up before you go, grab a bite on the way or reward yourself with a nice meal at the end.
